Deposit / Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card equal to one night's room and tax. Cancellations must be made seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival in order to avoid charge for the first night's room and tax. Reservations may only be cancelled by calling the hotel directly at 1 (312) 944-4100 and obtaining a cancellation number. No-shows will be charged first night's room and tax.
