Visa Information
Participants who require a visa to enter the United States (see visa waiver program link below for exceptions) are encouraged to start the application process early. Due to increasing delays in securing visas to the United States, prospective international attendees should begin this process as early as possible to ensure approval.
Whether or not you need a visa to enter the United States, it would be helpful to provide the following information to the U.S. Immigration authorities:

The Conference Secretary can provide qualified participants with a letter confirming their intent to attend Spintech VII Conference.
